This article looks at the early chapters of the book of Joshua that contain a number of small chronological problems. The specific issue addressed is that of the various three-day periods mentioned in Joshua 1-3, i.e., Joshua 1:11, Joshua 2:22, and Joshua 3:2.
Looking at Joshua 1:6-9, this article shows that serving God can only be done through the strength that God provides. We, just like Joshua, can gain God's strength through worship, for in worship we wait upon the Lord.
