Postmodernism is a worldview. It therefore affects us all. Some authors refer to them as climates of opinion,” and that is an apt description. For worldviews are like a climate in the sense that they have an effect on us whether we like it or not. We can never fully escape their influence.  We can, however, take measures to protect ourselves against inclement weather.
